The art of waitering: graduation ceremony at San Patrignano

Four days filled with information for the 60 students, most of the students are residents of the community and some student are from the, “Istituto alberghiero Savioli” of Riccione. Today the course saw the graduation ceremony in the presence of Matteo Zappile, Managing Director of “Noi di Sala” (“US”) and coordinator of this initiative together with the study centre of San Patrignano.

Launched on the 8th of February, four events were held at the “Cantina” Cellar sector of San Patrignano where twelve councilors and delegates of “Noi di Sala” (“US”) from all over Italy joined, and a lunch was possible and become an educational and practical part of the course. The initiative has made use of the economic contribution of certain wine-producing communities and active supporters.

Born in 2013 in Rome by a group of seven professional waiters of who worked at the most exclusive restaurants in the capital, “Noi di Sala” are here today to represents the ideals and aims of the a group of enthusiasts and professionals who believe in the work of the waiter, who love the art of service and exercise it in all its forms.
Ideals and targets are near to those of San Patrignano, where many residents of the community during their program are able to discovery the restaurant world by working in the restaurants of San Patrignano, Vite and in the pizzeria Spaccio. Two realities of high level, ehance growth, training and gain valuable experience guided by professionals.
