A European project on good practices in the field of recovery

Rehabilitation for recovery and reintegration. This is the European project “Triple R”, an exchange of good practices related to addiction in which San Patrignano is the primary contributor. There will be 8 communities and organizations taking part in the working group: Dianova (Spain), Popov GGZ (Belgium), Ecad (Sweden), Basta (Sweden), Stjena (Croatia), Udruga Institut Pula (Croatia), Udruga San Patrignano Association parents Split (Croatia)and Ceis in Rome.

Last Monday all the organizations came together in San Patrignano, after past meetings around Europe, for the conclusion of the first phase of work. “After discussions on the merits of the project we decide on the writing of three manuals – explains Sara Carrena, the project coordinator – A handbook will be on rehabilitation, another on reintegration and the last will be on alternative measures to prison. In addition to this will be making a video on these different recovery organization, all aimed at promoting the best practices in relation recovery. At a later date we will complete a feasibility study in the hopes of opening a new pilot project in Croatia”.
