WeFree, a debate on drugs in Sansepolcro

The Wefree campaign stopped at Sansepolcro this time and presented the dependency prevention project that the San Patrignano Community develops every year for the duration of the school year with meetings, discussions and performances throughout Italy.
The appointment was set for Monday morning at “St. Bartolomeo” high school at Santa Croce 2 street.
Where hundreds of student awaited them to listen to the stories of Melita and Marco, ex-residents of San Patrignano. A little older than the students, they will share their own personal experience with addiction and recount the path they have taken at the Community.

The proposes of the WeFree prevention project is peer to peer focused, using the direct testimony of some residents of San Patrignano who have completed their program. It is not easy to do, but through WeFree residents of San Patrignano are able to spread their story to prevent others from making the same mistakes.
It’s a special dialogue with young people, a change of experiences that can help you understand the false illusion sold by drugs and share insecurities and uncertainties that every adolescent experiences.

Backed by Ania Foundation and QN, WeFree since 2002 has developed its own format theater prevention in almost 500 steps involving nearly 300 thousand young people, met with more than 50 thousand students in debates in more than 1700 schools involved. San Patrignano visits nearly 8 thousand students around Italy yearly
