Charity dinners are back to San Patrignano with the great starred chefs. On April 17th Massimo Spigaroli and the Romani Family they will put Parma on the plate

After the success of the first edition, the good and tasty magic of the charity dinners in San Patrignano returns. The first dinner of 2019 will be on the 17th of Aprile with chef Massimo Spigaroli, of the Antica Corte Pallavicina restaurant and Fabio Romani, of the Romani restaurant, accompanied by the experience of Silvano Romani.  The menu is a hymn to Parma, the Italian capital of culture 2020

The large dining room of San Patrignano is ready to host the second edition of the successful charity dinner format. Even in 2019, great chefs with a big heart had been available to the Community for free for a rather challenging solidarity challenge: to prepare a gourmet dinner for more than 1,500 people! The evening invites you to enjoy a gourmet menu, to love the warmth of the great San Patrignano family, to be filled with our goodness, and honorably donate to us. The cost of the dinner, in fact, this year will help the community to guarantee the meals of the 1,300 youths that are currently recovering from drug addiction.

The protagonists of the first dinner, Wednesday 17 April, will be the chefs Massimo Spigaroli and Fabio Romani who, together with Silvano Romani, selector of cold cuts and cheeses, will put Parma on the plate.

The dinner for San Patrignano has set in motion the whole Parma system, which will be the Italian capital of culture in 2020. The event is born from an idea shared between Silvano Romani, Massimo Spigaroli and Roberto Bezzi of San Patrignano.

I’ve been visiting San Patrignano for 20 years now – says chef Massimo Spigaroli – and every time I always feel the same great emotion. When I think of these guys my heart swells! And then that will takes over me, that instinct, being part of my own DNA, it pushes me to help without removing dignity! “

It will be a hymn to Parma and its products, but also a pleasant opportunity to strengthen the collaboration between the Rimini community and the Romani group in the supply of raw materials but not only. In fact, Romans is also synonymous with solidarity and attention to others: a life of food, stoves and family is that of Silvano and Ugo Romani, carried out by his son Fabio, in favor of the culture of food as a tool for sharing and solidarity.

“For years we have been supporting the cause of San Patrignano through our sales points – says Silvano Romani – by promoting food products that are carefully created by the youths of the community. To date we have brought San Patrignano to Parma, with this dinner we decided to take Parma to San Patrignano
